A comparative study between the soft computing MPPT techniques and traditional incremental conductance under arbitrary environmental conditions

چکیده

The outcome of this research is to study and validate a photovoltaic (PV) module connected the resistive load using soft computing Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT). MPPTs used in are Artificial Neural Network (ANN) Fuzzy Logic (FL)which track maximum power 200W PV module. First, mathematical analysis for module, ANN technique, FL technique done. MATLAB Simulink was investigated model, verify, simulate MPPTs. Second, studied system tested under step change irradiance conditions obtain difference performance between techniques conventional Incremental Conductance (IC) terms oscillation value, dynamic speed, method’s efficiency. obtained results from simulation presents that both have less steady state oscillation, they faster than IC tracking MPP. Therefore, efficiency improved then life time extended.
